Kalasatama Urban Lab

Kalasatama Urban Lab

The entire district of Kalasatama is a laboratory for new solutions piloted in Helsinki, and Kalasatama Urban Lab in REDI shopping centre offers a place for stakeholders’ events and networking.

Kalasatama Urban Lab is a cosy co-creation space where the developers and residents of the district can organise meetings, workshops and events. The space can be requested primarily for meetings or events promoting smart and climate-friendly life and the development of Kalasatama or the entire Helsinki.

The space has been widely used as a showroom of smart city development in Helsinki for both national and international visitors and media.
