Writer: Natalia Reen On the second day I visited Messukeskus and at the same time tried to charge my car there. It was not absolutely necessary to charge but I was interested how charging services are provided by such a big event organizer on their parking slots. No need to write long story about this experience – there are no charging services in the parking of Messukeskus. When I asked some service guy about that – he said that they have only charging stations for Tesla, but if I have a need he can find for me an ordinary socket.>>>

Joustotilat saatiin käyttöön 2016

Joustotilapalvelua testatataan vuosien 2016-17 aikana Kalasatamassa, osana Fiksu Kalasatama-hanketta. Joustotilat-hankkeen tavoitteena on saada tilan käyttö kaupungeissa joustavammaksi ja löytää tätä työtä tukemaan toimivat työkalut sekä prosessit. Joustotilat-hankkeessa hyödynnetään Flextila-palvelua, joka tarjoaa monipuolisen ja reaaliaikaisen käyttöliittymän tilavarausten hallinnointiin. Vuoden 2016 aikana saatiin Flextila-palvelun piiriin 15 erilaista tilaa Kalasataman ja Vallilan alueelta. Mukaan tavoiteltiin taloyhtiöiden tilojen lisäksi yritysten ja kaupungin omistamia tiloja. Näiden tilojen käyttö on vaihdellut joogatunneista perhekerhon ja taloyhtiön kokouksiin. Suosituin Kalasataman joustotiloista on ollut Capellan monikäyttöinen kansalaistila. Käyttäjät mukana kehitystyössä Joustotilat-hankkeessa tilojen tarjoajat ja käyttäjät otetaan tiiviisti mukaan kehitystyöhön. Kevään 2016 aikana joustotilat-hanke järjesti useita tapaamisia, demoja ja työpajoja>>>

Nopeiden kokeilujen ohjelmaan huikeat 34 tarjousta

Fiksun Kalasataman Nopeiden kokeilujen ohjelman viimeisin tarjouskierros houkutteli peräti 34 tarjousta ilmastopositiivisista kokeiluista. Kiitos kaikille tarjouksen jättäneille! Mukaan valitut kokeilut julkistetaan tammikuun loppuun mennessä, käynnistetään ripeästi ja toteutetaan kevään aikana. Teemoista tarjouksissa nousi esiin mm. liikkuminen, pysäköinti, hiilijalanjäljen vähentäminen ja osallistaminen. Parhaillaan käynnissä on tarjousten arviointi. Valinnat ilmoitetaan 31.1. mennessä ja kokeilut käynnistetään saman tien. Kokeilukierros toteutetaan yhteistyössä pääkaupunkiseudun Smart & Clean -säätiön kanssa. Kalasatamassa jo kokeiltu Nyt käynnistyvä Nopeiden kokeilujen ohjelman kokeilukierros on kolmas laatuaan. Viimeisimmät kokeilut, Kuntokaverit ja Auntie käynnistyivät viime syksynä ja ovat kehittäneet uusia ratkaisuja parantamaan kaupunkilaisten fyysistä ja henkistä hyvinvointia.
